HANDMADE ITEMS Please note some of the handmade ‘Craft Style’ items may take upto 14 days to be made and some items may differ slightly
from the photograph shown.Please take these points into consideration when ordering.
We will do our best to have the item(s) organised and despatched as soon as possible and will inform you when an order is placed of the timescale involved.

With reference to Button Necklaces – these are one off individual pieces. We only have one of each – should a necklace be sold the website will
be updated immediately. Please do not order two of the same colour as this will not be possible and we will contact you immediately if this happens.
PAYMENT
To make a purchase with us we can offer Paypal by using the online shopping basket, paypal is safe and secure for more information on paypal visit www.paypal.co.uk. If you would prefer to pay by cheque / postal order please send the payment directly to Forget me not with a description of the items that you require – do not forget to add the correct postage. If you would prefer to pay over the telephone by card please contact us with your order details (+44) 01797 222330. We reserve the right to wait for the cheque to clear (7 working days) before sending out the item(s).
In the event that you are unhappy with your product we will be happy to refund as long as the item is sent back to to us within 14 days intact, unused and in the original packaging. Postage costs are non-refundable.
We will aim to send out your items as soon as any funds received are cleared. However, please allow upto 14 days for delivery but we will endeavour to post out as soon as possible.
Recycling: Please note we re-use our boxes and packaging whenever we can to help with the environment.
POSTAL CHARGES TO THE UK, SCOTTISH HGHLANDS & ISLANDS, IRELAND
Goods will be despatched either first class by Royal Mail or in some instances if the parcel is either large/heavy or can be breakable we will use a Courier.
Please ensure you give us the correct delivery address as we cannot be held responsible for missing parcels. We will always supply proof of postage in the event of any missing parcels. If you would prefer that your item(s) be sent by recorded delivery please contact us.
Postage for items costing over £74.99 postage will be £10.00.
Should postal charges be excessive, we reserve the right to contact you to come to an agreement on costs.
